We have reached a major milestone this year, on April 28th we hit 1000 days with no lost time incidents. Safety is at the core of everything we do, and this achievement reflects the strong culture we’ve built together. Every day, we show up with a shared commitment to doing things safely and looking out for one another. It’s something we take pride in, and this milestone is a direct result of the consistency and care our team brings to the job.
On May 20th, the Association of Rotational Molders will be hosting a webinar with Tom Innis featuring Flexahopper Plastics and our journey to becoming one of North America’s leading rotomolders with customers around the world.
Bill Spenceley, who started at Flexahopper in 1974 as a summer employee before becoming owner and president, will share insights from decades of leadership and industry experience. Joining him is Adriana Mercader, our CEO since 2022, who will speak about our continued growth, innovation within our team, and the strong future ahead for Flexahopper Plastics.
Together, they reflect on how Flexahopper Plastics has evolved over three generations of leadership and the values that continue to drive our success.
Flash Back To 1993!
1993 marked a major milestone for us with the installation of our silos, a bold investment that reflected the strong growth trajectory of our company and the momentum that continues to drive us today.
Built locally by Meridian Manufacturing, these were the largest bins they had produced at that time. Together, the silos hold a combined 646,000lbs of resin and remain a key part of our operations as we continue to grow, innovate, and expand our capabilities.
